The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the city center and close to St Stephen's park. The staff are welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and high-quality duvets and covers. Guests have praised the delicious breakfast and variety of choices. The hotel has also been commended for its beautiful renovation of the old Georgian property, with well-decorated rooms and a cozy fireplace in the lobby.
Some guests have mentioned that the shower in certain rooms is cramped, but overall the facilities are very good.

Great central location, close to all the attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for places to visit and eat. The room was comfortable and had a nice shower.
The parking lot was tight and not free as advertised. The lighting in the stairwell was poor and I ended up twisting my ankle.

The breakfast was fantastic with homemade porridge and granola, delicious brown bread, and a great variety. The dining tables were beautifully set. Guests can choose to sit outside or in a conservatory for breakfast. The kitchen took special care in preparing the breakfast items. The included continental and hot breakfast was a great value. The guesthouse had a charming and quaint atmosphere. The honesty bar was a cute feature. The night receptionist was friendly and offered us tea upon arrival.

This hidden gem off Leeson Street had stunning quirky details and a beautiful courtyard. The reception staff were professional, and the morning staff at breakfast were fabulous and friendly. We enjoyed the welcoming lobby, fresh coffee, and baked goods. The Georgian guest house was unique and lovely, with high ceilings and period-appropriate decor. The made-to-order breakfast in the light and beautiful space above the lobby was excellent. The hotel kept its original character, had high housekeeping standards, and a lovely garden. The Aircoach stop nearby made transportation to and from the airport easy.
Felt relaxed, no complaints at all.

We stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The hotel is located in a trendy neighbourhood, just off a main street, which makes it very convenient to get around. The staff, especially the receptionist, was great and made us feel very much at home. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities and flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed spending time in the leisure garden and terrace, which had really comfortable garden furniture.
We would highly recommend this place to friends.
